SHIPPING

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. As a small clothing business operated by one person, we aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase however our shipping window is 7 business days. 

While we strive to get your order out quickly, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

LOST PACKAGES

We are unable to cover lost or stolen packages. Once your order is shipped and in the possession of the carrier, the responsibility for its safe and secure delivery lies with the carrier.

While we are here to assist and provide guidance, our ability to influence the outcome of lost or stolen packages is limited due to our access to the same tracking information available to you. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

RETURNS

Please note that we exclusively offer store credit for returned items; refunds are not allowed.

You can return items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be neatly packed in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.

TASH will accept the return and once approved, will issue a store credit within 10 business days from the receipt of the return. 

Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping requirements and fees.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@madebytash.com with your order number, the reason for the return and a request for store credit. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the provided address. 

Please follow instructions provided by TASH to avoid discrepancy. Item(s) that do not match TASH's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
