REFUND POLICY
Please note that we exclusively offer store credit for exchanged items; refunds are not allowed.
You can return items within 15 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be neatly packed in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or color. The new size/color will be sent to customer once the item to be returned has been received and approved. The customer is responsible for all shipping. Once the exchange is made, the customer will be sent a new tracking number once item(s) have been shipped.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
To initiate an exchange or store credit process, please contact us at info@madebytash.com with your order number, the reason for the return and whether it's a request for exchange or a store credit. We will provide you with further instructions. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The customer is then responsible to ship the product back to the provided address.
Please follow instructions provided by TASH to avoid discrepancy. Item(s) that do not match TASH's return policy will not be taken into consideration and can be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
